Rodolfo Martinez photographed this editorial for Menswear magazine. I thought it was a nice intimate shoot and the wood of the background really fit the clothes without overpowering the scene or feel of the shoot. The light was beautiful as well but the images were oddly reminiscent of the 80's style of photography, especially the second image from the end because everything was out of focus except for the eyes. That one in particular was definitely a shot that I could probably find in any mens magazine from the late 80's to the early 90's. The strange stylized images feel out of place in our modern style of photography but are beautiful nonetheless. I love the styling of this shoot by Alex Badia.
