When I saw this shoot I loved it because of its honest simplicity. The models' banal faces and poses make for a very interesting aesthetic especially contrasting with the fancy ruffled black dresses and layered fur looks. The clothes (at least in the first few shots in the spread) bring us back to another time and place and transport us into this editorial which is very much about telling a story. I can't wait to start shooting editorials like this!
